1. Do you offer international shipping?

No. At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.


2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
Delivery normally takes 3–4 business days depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase requirement.

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days.

We will replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours after placing the order.
After that window, the order may already be processed and cannot be modified.
