Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging and tags are included

  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date you receive the product

Items returned after 7 days will not be accepted.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges within:

  • 10 days from the date you receive your order

Exchanges are available only if:

  • The item is in original condition

  • The requested replacement product is in stock

If the item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.


3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  3. Our support team will review and respond with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days

  • The refund will be sent to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.)

Please note:

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products

  • Items without original tags/packaging

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable pet products (if applicable)


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund
